The basic product of our sauces is tomato. We use only organic tomatoes of which we control all the phases according to natural rules, without the use of chemical pesticides or herbicides. We then add the other products. The result is a good, simple and genuine product, without the addition of chemical aromas.

These soups are prepared in accordance with ancient traditions, apparently a poor product, but rich in authenticity and fragrance. Made exclusively from fresh produce, they differ from each other in a few key ingredients, with no added preservatives or artificial flavours. Ready to use.

Following ancient recipes, we present the mushroom soup, which is made from seven to eight varieties of mushrooms that grow spontaneously on Mount Amiata.
It is a ready-to-use soup and we recommend it heated in a bain-marie and poured over toast.
