"Mille usi" PIZZAIOLA cream
Cream made with twelve ingredients.

Vulcano rosso
A challenge to your palate, if you like strong sensations and flavours. The ancients used it as an effective anti-inflammatory.
bruschella
A cream made from garlic, which is first processed to eliminate the unpleasant effects it has on breath, then chopped into tiny pieces and combined with other ingredients such as tomato, chilli and others to make a delicate, very spicy and appetising product.
olive cream
We only use fruit that is intact and at the right stage of ripeness to make this cream characterised by pleasant and very intense olive scent and taste.

CREAM OF PORCINI MUSHROOMS
Only from fresh and intact porcini mushrooms do we obtain a very strong cream that is a blend of the smell, taste and flavour of porcini mushrooms.
noble truffle
Cream made from truffles and porcini mushrooms mixed together with other ingredients.
CREAM OF PEPPERS
This very delicate and pleasant-tasting cream is made from peppers selected by us for their ripeness and abundance of flesh.

basil pesto
Prepared immediately after harvesting the basil from our plantations, chopped together with pine nuts and cashews with the addition of some fresh herbs and seasoned with extra virgin olive oil from Amiata.
ARTICHOKES IN OIL DIP
For those who love strong and slightly spicy flavours, they represent the most elaborate product that Fungoamiata offers.
ARTICHOKE PÂTÉ
Some of the artichokes we harvest from our farm are made into a pâté. We obtain a very delicate artichoke cream which is flavoured with anchovies and capers.

Tuscan crostino
Present for centuries on Tuscan tables, it is a classic of genuine and tasty appetizers. Produced with chicken meat, it is ennobled with local truffles that binds perfectly with the meat base.
