ANGELI EXTRA VIRGIN OLIVE OIL
Here are the characteristics of our extra virgin olive oil:
- Appearance: opalescent, due to the absence of filtration and use of only sedimentation in the tank
- Colour: golden yellow to green
- Bouquet: definitely of fruit and herbs
- Density: high
- Acidity: approx. 0.08% at packing
- Peroxides: approx. 2% at packing

RAW MATERIALs
The olives harvested from the Olivastra trees in the Seggiano area and nearby Castel del Piano are cold-pressed in Fungoamiata's plants so as not to lose the oligomineral properties of the fruit of this centuries-old plant, which is unique in the selection of high-quality olive oil in Tuscany.
THE production chain
We follow the entire production chain of our extra virgin olive oil: from the hand-picking to the selection of ripe and intact olives. Only in this way can we guarantee our customers an extra virgin olive oil that is great to taste and has unparalleled organoleptic properties.
Our extra virgin olive oil then arrives on your tables and in your restaurants. It can be purchased directly at our factory or at Coop Amiatina outlets, and at many small grocery shops in the area.
